Traditional Materials
Freshly cooked, handmade and cared for homemade dishes, without fiorritures, with deliciousness and love, leaving the sweet taste of mama’s cuisine. Local dairy products from small producers, Zakynthian goat or mixed (sheep & goat) oil, pretzel (fresh cheese with creamy texture) and the award-winning Zakynthian Gruyere. Kneaded traditional bread in a wood-fired oven. *On major religious holidays ask for the traditional Zakynthian kouloura in a wood-fired oven.
Our products
It produces its own agricultural products, extra virgin olive oil of Zakynthos, wine of the Avgoustaki and Robola varieties (dry white, dry red and semi-sweet) and black raisins.
The traditional flounes with honey and walnuts, the handmade spoon sweets and the Zakynthian breadcrumbs will be the sweetest memory of Anastasia’s hospitable cuisine.
